1. Consultation & Discovery
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision, goals, and how you plan to use your space. This stage allows us to get to know you, your property, and the scope of your project before moving forward
2. Zoning Review & Site Measure
We conduct a zoning by-law review to confirm what is permitted on your property under applicable municipal regulations and complete a site measure where required. This ensures the proposed design aligns with municipal regulations and sets a strong foundation for the design phase.
3. Concept & Preliminary Design
Once zoning parameters are confirmed, we develop concept and preliminary designs that reflect your needs while complying with applicable by-laws and building requirements. Designs are refined through collaboration and client feedback before proceeding.
4. Detailed Design & Permit Submission
Following approval of the preliminary design, we prepare full detailed architectural and permit-ready drawings. Once complete, we can also manage the building permit application process on your behalf to support a smooth and efficient approval.
